• Responsible for overall business strategy, growth plan, finance strategy, product development by closely working with R&D department and production division to have cost effective and efficient production
• Graduated as mechanical Engineer and has developed in-depth domain knowledge and expertise in subject with 35+ years of experience in global compressor industry
• From 1996 to 2006, Mr. Kamadar had been MD & CEO in companies like Client Server Software Ltd. (CSSL) an IT Company (later merged with world's 2nd largest staffing company "Select Holding Group” in year 1996) from 1996-1999, E-biz Concepts India Ltd (an IT Company) from 1999-2001 and DB Healthcare (Worldwide) Ltd. (a healthcare staffing company) from 2001-2006
• Greatly Inclined towards working for society hence founded “WE CARE – Together for Community” foundation in June 2018 with the goal of working for community
